I paid by card

Our card processor has a slight delay, usually a few minutes. If you purchased TLC with a card, and it hasn't appeared within an hour, please get in touch.

I paid with Bitcoin

Bitcoin transactions vary in speed quite significantly. This can sometimes mean there's a delay between you sending your BTC payment and us receiving it and crediting you TLC. While this usually happens within a few hours, it can sometimes can take up to 48 hours to complete. If you still haven't received your TLC after 48 hours, please get in touch with us.

Tryst only accepts Bitcoin (BTC) for payment, we do not accept Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Bitcoin Classic (BXC), or Bitcoin SV (BSV). If you have sent payment using any coin other than Bitcoin, we will not have received it and you will need to reach out to your wallet provider for assistance.
