Cancellations
Deposit and e-transfers of any amount are non-refundable unless I have to cancel. If I do have to cancel, your deposit will be refunded via PayPal. Cancellation within 24 hours ~ you forfeit your deposit. Cancellation within 48 hours ~ you may apply your deposit to a later session. Repeated cancellations will result in a forfeit of your deposit. Cancellations within 1 hour or no shows will require a cancellation fee in the amount of the balance of the rate for the no show appointment PLUS a new deposit for the new appointment before you will be allowed to book again. FMTY ~ Cancellation within 7 days ~ you may apply the balance of your deposit minus any non-refundable expenses I have incurred (plane tickets, etc.) to a later date. Meaning you will have to send an additional deposit in the amount of those expenses in order to rebook. This amount may vary as plane tickets change in price. Thank you for your cooperation.
