Deposits
All bookings are secured via 20-50% deposit, paid by transfer or gift card (at my discretion). No booking is secured without a deposit. This applies to new customers and repeat customers.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 72 hours before our booking no charges will be applied and you can re-book once although, I may ask that you pay the remainder of donation when re-booking, if I have booked an in call for our rendesvous, charges may apply for booking another incall for the date you have re-booked. Bookings cancelled 48 hours before or less will still be expected to pay the whole fee of our scheduled booking, if the cancellation fee is not paid, I will not see you again. In the case that you are ill, please let me know and we can re-schedule our booking. If you feel you are coming down with an infectious illness please re-schedule immediately to not lose your deposit. I may be flexible with my cancellation policy in certain, unforeseeable circumstances but please do not expect it. If you have rescheduled, cancelled twice or more, the full fee must be paid upfront and will be non-refundable should you cancel again.
