Existing members may ask in advance for special exceptions to this rule, and may also ask for last-minute dates outside of my regular availability. Multi-day and weekend bookings are also possible and must be made in advance.

Deposits
Deposit of €50 payable within 24 hours of making a booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new booking date and/or time within 48 hours of start of original booking. In the unlikely event that I myself cannot attend, deposits will be refunded via original payment method within 48 hours of planned booking time.
Cancellations
Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show by the member forfeits the deposit. Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance will allow the deposit to be applied to a future booking. If this future booking is also cancelled or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. Three or more cancellations within 24 hours and/or three no-shows will result in the member no longer being able to make bookings.
