Deposits
A deposit of 25% of the total booking fee is required to confirm your appointment. Deposits can be paid via bank transfer. Please contact me for payment details. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice, and your deposit can be applied to a new booking within 30 days. The deposit will be forfeited for any no-shows. If you do not arrive for your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded or credited. The remaining balance of your booking fee is to be paid in cash at the start of your appointment
Cancellations
By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below: Advance Bookings (More than 24 hours notice) You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without any penalty provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date or refunded in full. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me directly by text at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Same-Day Cancellations (Less than 24 hours notice) Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered 'same-day cancellations.' In this instance, your deposit will be forfeited to cover the loss of the appointment time. This policy is in place because a same-day cancellation means the appointment slot cannot be offered to another client, resulting in a direct loss of income. By paying the deposit, you are securing a commitment to the appointment. No-Shows If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited. Future bookings may require full payment in advance to secure the appointment. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In the case of a genuine, unavoidable emergency, I may, at my discretion, choose to waive the cancellation fee or apply your deposit to a future booking. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
