Deposits
*Deposit generally is a set percentage (fraction equaling at least 1/3 or 30%) of the total cost of each separate appointment respectively. Percentage/ deposit amount of total cost of any given appointment may be adjusted, at my discretion, depending on details including (but not limited to) travel time/distance, client traffic, demand, among other considerations and factors at any time.
Cancellations
Please check in with me to confirm 8 hrs or more prior to your scheduled time if possible. Due to the fact that I am taking time out of my day to wait and am not able to schedule anybody else during that time, if you were to not show up you forfeit your deposit. The required deposit is held as collateral in case of no-show no-call within the allotted time prior to the appointment- which is 24 hours minimally to cancel before your scheduled appointment start time. You may call before the 24 hour cut-off and cancel. In which case I will refund a partial deposit* back to you. However, if you cancel your appointment after the 24 hour window or no-show, the full amount of your deposit will be forfeited and you will not receive the deposit back.
