I’m an Authentic Companion, IFS-informed Coach, and Intimacy Guide. I bring presence, compassion, and curiosity to create spaces where real connection can flourish. I help men reconnect with their bodies—and with the parts of themselves that have been longing to be seen and loved. From that embodied Self, we explore what it means to relate authentically. What to expect: Our session is an invitation to slow down and listen—to what your body longs for, to what your heart is holding, to what wants to be released or reclaimed. Together, we co-create a sacred container rooted in safety, honesty, and curiosity. My work blends nervous system awareness, sensual embodiment, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). With a background in relational meditation, hypnotherapy, social work, and over 20 years in the erotic arts, I bring attunement, depth, and embodied reverence to every session.
