Availability

Policies
Deposits
Deposits are mandatory. Deposits will be 25-30% of the booking fee due in form of an e-voucher or bank transfer (Wise for international payments) for short bookings, and 50% for longer bookings. If you are traveling to the UK from another country, please make sure you have a Wise account to pay your deposit, or let me know that you are otherwise able to pay your deposit to a UK bank account. I don't accept PayPal.
Cancellations
Cancellations with less than a 48 hour notice period require a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit can be used towards a future booking as long as you reschedule for a date within the next three months. For the new booking, I might ask for another deposit at my discretion. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice require a 100% cancellation fee. Should you forego the cancellation fee, I will be unable to arrange another booking with you. In the incredibly rare instance that I should cancel, you will be refunded your deposit fully and immediately.
