Once I sell my house, after my final tour,I will move to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, return to work full-time in the area of my college degree, and I will semi retire from Modeling. Technically I’ll still be available, but realistically, I might see one person a month or none at all. The last time I went back to work to buy the house I’m in now, I didn’t see any clients the entire time. They just wasn’t time for that. I only see two people per day and I’m only in a city for two days. You can always ask later, but if you wait too long, the city might be full. It also takes me a day or two to get back to people when I’m on tour because I’m busy meeting in person with the people who booked their appointments in advance. I’m available for an in call between 11 AM and 10:00 PM (To finish by 10 PM). I can often do a same-day Appointment if the request comes in early in the day. Before 10 AM and four hours in advance works best for at home appointments. 24 hours or more ahead of time is even better. on tour, please make your request two weeks in advance if possible. Deposits
Home base (Chicagoland/Wisconsin area): $50 Deposit or discounted prepayment is required for our first visit only at home. * For a short time we are waving the first time visitor deposit for home visits. Returning clients, P411 Members with 2 okays or more, and some RS2K members, can pay cash in person with no deposit, or prepay for a discount. On Tour A deposit or prepayment is required from everybody on tour. •••••••••• 😁 What I want is for you to have a fantastic time and come see me again and again! Cancellations
If you need to reschedule at home: -more than 4 hours before the start time, your deposit or prepayment will be applied to a rescheduled appointment in the future. -within 4 hours and you will incur a $350 cancellation fee. For pre-payments over $350 the balance will be applied to a future appointment. There’s no expiration for credit balances at this time. •••••••••• If you need to reschedule on tour: -more than 48 hours ahead of time, and your pre-payment will be applied to a future appointment. If you pay a deposit only this will be forfeited. -Within 48 hours, there will be a $400 cancellation fee. For prepayments over $400 the balance will be applied to a future appointment. -Same day cancellations will be responsible for paying the full amount. •••••••••• If I need to cancel: -An entire tour or city on tour: deposits and prepayments will be applied to the rescheduled tour. Payments won’t be refunded if a whole tour city needs to be rescheduled. -If I am more than 30 minutes late, or need to cancel an appointment for some other reason, you’ll have an option to reschedule or be refunded, both deposits and prepayments.

Always verify contact info to avoid fraud! There are fake ads by people pretending to be reputable providers. Do a Google search for the providers name, phone number, or email address. This should bring up ads, websites, and reviews. CONTACT INFO SHOULD MATCH EVERYWHERE!
