Cancellations
Cancellation and Refunds: • Cancellation Policy 1. **Cancellation Notice**: Cancellations must be made at least one hour before the scheduled appointment time. 2. **No-Show Policy**: If a cancellation is not received within this timeframe, it will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the client will be added to the blocked from schedule list unless otherwise determined by Gen Shine. 3. **Deposits**: If a deposit was made and the cancellation is within the policy, it will be returned in full. 4. **Exceptions**: Any exceptions to this policy will be at the discretion of Gen Shine.
