Ranging from deep tissue work to ease the toughest muscle tension, or a gentle, relaxing session to calm the body and mind. I believe healing can only happen when we create space for stillness and connection. With my hands I bring balance, a sense of renewal, and last, but at the very least relief, as well as my approach in being nurturing, intuitive, as I focus on combining the knowledge of anatomy and natural sensitivity for how the body holds its own stress. With that being said, as for me, I don’t look at my bookings/appointments and or client as work, or a job. I was definitely called to do just this powerful task. I displayed here today. Genuinely caring for and about my clients. It brings me such joy to see and hear someone walking out of a session just to feel more free, lighter, as well as more grounded.
