Availability
I prefer to plan ahead. If you can not plan ahead, I do require a minimum of 4hrs notice to be available. This is after screening is complete. Please compete screening at least the day before you would like to meet. If you wish to meet between 10pm and 8am, I require advanced booking. Screening is good for 12 months only and is for me to visit you not to provide a reference. I can only provide a reference if we have met in person.

Policies
Deposits
For a FMTY, I require 50% of scheduled time + all travel fees (hotel, car, flight, parking, etc) before I will plan my travel. If you have cancellation issues, I charge non-refundable 50% deposit to schedule. Newbies have a $55 screening fee + a 50% deposit *all deposits have a 4% convenience fee
Cancellations
My time is important to me and should be to you as well. Therefore, I do have the following cancellation policy *50% of scheduled amount if cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the appointment. *100% of scheduled amount if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.

I will need website link (url), contact info (email and phone) and something to spark their memory of the time you spent together. Alternative screening methods are available, please let me know if you do not have any references.
