CANCELLATIONS Please understand that it takes time to prepare for bookings therefore my cancellation policy stipulates that deposits are non-refundable unless the I cancel the appointment. However, at my discretion, you may transfer your deposit to another day, (must be within 30 days), if notified at least 48 hours ahead of the original appointment. The length of the original booking cannot be reduced. HEALTH CHECK No refunds for failed health checks.
