Accepted Payment Methods • Deposits can be paid via secure, discreet methods such as: • Bank transfer • E-transfer • Cryptocurrency • Other methods agreed upon in advance (Note: No deposits are accepted through third-party or reversible payment methods like PayPal unless otherwise specified.) 3. Deposit Confirmation • Once your deposit is received, your appointment will be confirmed. • You will receive a confirmation message detailing the date, time, and location of our meeting. 4. Deposit Policy on Cancellations • Deposits are non-refundable. • However, with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be applied toward a future appointment, at my discretion. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 5. Respect and Discretion • All information shared is treated with the utmost discretion. • I ask that all clients honor this policy respectfully so we can maintain a professional and enjoyable experience.
Cancellations
1. Cancellation Notice • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment: No fee will be charged. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of the booking fee will be charged. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: The full booking fee will be charged and future appointments may require full prepayment. 2. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit (typically 20–30% of the booking fee) may be required to confirm your appointment. This secures your time and shows commitment. • If you cancel with sufficient notice (24 hours or more), the deposit may be applied to a future booking at our discretion. 3. Rescheduling • Rescheduling with 24 hours’ notice is permitted without penalty. One reschedule is allowed per appointment. • Repeated reschedules may result in forfeiture of the deposit or denial of future bookings. 4. Exceptional Circumstances We understand emergencies can happen. If you communicate promptly and respectfully, we may consider waiving fees on a case-by-case basis
