Policies
Deposits
At this time I only require deposits for local incall, extended dates, when traveling out of town (Drive Me To You/Fly Me To You) and when touring/working in other cities. No deposit required for local outcalls. Deposit to drive to your location varies based on the distance starting for locations at over 30 minutes away. This is to cover my time and gas. The deposit is necessary to protect me from driving an hour only to be stood up. A 30% deposit is required for Fly Me To You dates. A 20% deposit is required for longer dates and touring. I also require a small deposit (10%) if I am securing an incall location with my own money. The deposit locks you into your time and reduces the chances of cancellation or no call/no shows. Please understand that I cannot incur the cost of renting a space and risk the chance of someone canceling last minute or not showing up at all. Thanks!
Cancellations
If you must cancel prior to 48 hours in advance of our appointment, any deposit may be applied to a future appointment within 30 days of cancellation….I get it—life happens so I will try and work with you. Cancellation fees exist to mitigate any animus between us moving forward. Regardless of how dire—or minimal—your reason for canceling is, I will not hold it against you as long as my policy is respected and adhered to. Deposits are for my time arranging the date and potential overhead costs incurred. They are NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel and do not reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of the appointment. Additionally, if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, I will request a 30% cancellation fee that MUST be paid if you would like to see me again and remain in good standing. Any deposit paid may be applied to this amount. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time, the cancellation fee jumps to 50% of the booking. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in your information being shared with other providers as someone who bails on appointments as a precaution to ensure no one else has to suffer your lack of etiquette and respect. Don't be this guy... Clients who cancel within 12 hours of the booking or no call/no show will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and be expected to make a 50% deposit for ANY future appointments in addition to the cancellation fee to help minimize the risk of a repeat performance. This is necessary for me to protect myself, as I offer local outcalls without a deposit. That alone reduces your upfront risk. Again, don't be that guy. Please, just contact me and pay the fee for cancellation if applicable. The sum of any deposit and cancellation fee shall not exceed the total cost of the appointment.
