Policies
Deposits
I require a 50% non-refundable deposit via Venmo or CashApp at the time of booking. I understand that circumstances sometimes arise that mean we have to rearrange appointments. I will move your deposit to a new date provided I have a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the appointment time. If you reschedule a second time, you will have to pay a new deposit. In the event that I have to cancel, I will refund your deposit.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, I will retain your deposit and move it to a new date, provided I have at least 24 hours' notice prior to the appointment. (Deposits will only be rolled over once, after this you will have to pay a new deposit). If you cancel within the 24 hours leading up to your appointment, you will lose your deposit.
