Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all bookings. This protects my time and energy, and ensures your commitment. Deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that either party needs to cancel with reasonable notice — in which case, the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date. No deposit = no confirmed appointment. No exceptions. Payment methods for deposits will be provided after screening. Discretion and confidentiality are always prioritized.
Cancellations
Life happens — I understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable notice may have the deposit applied to a future date. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Respect my time, and I’ll always respect yours.
