Deposits
All clients (new + returning) must pay a deposit in order to confirm their time with me. This deposit may be Refundable, depending on how much notice is given and other conditions; alternatively it may be transferable should you wish to move to a new booking time (see cancellation policy for more). * The booking is NOT secured, until the deposit has been fully paid for. * Deposits can be paid using your bank card over ko-fi/stripe Or as a Pre-Paid Visa/Mastercard (non-refundable) I will provide you will a link to both options when booking. You must notify me at least 48hrs prior to the day of your booking that you cannot attend should you wish to reschedule for a new date, your deposit will not be refunded to you if so. If you do not give notice in time you will need to pay a new deposit first should you wish to reschedule. FOR ONLINE SERVICES: Payment in FULL is required BEFORE services begin/are provided. Video/photo content will NOT be sent until it is paid for and Online private video calls must be paid for fully before they begin. You must pay promptly when asked to do so, any avoidance to pay when asked to do so or attempts to prolong the conversation without first compensating for my time will see your access to me revoked/denied of any services. Prices are firm, and not open to discussion. Online services are not entitled to any refund once they have been sent out.
Cancellations
Please contact me ASAP if you cannot make the pre-arranged time and wish to reschedule. Should you cancel on the day your deposit is 100% forfeited, it will not be refunded, and the time will not be rescheduled. To reschedule without paying a new deposit you must give minimum 48 hours (2 days) notice prior to the day of your booking. Your current deposit will be transferred and will instead count towards our newly rescheduled date and time. Should you choose not to reschedule then your deposit may be refunded* depending on the amount of notice you give me: 5 days notice = 50% deposit refunded 3 days before or less = No refund given *Deposits paid via prepaid Mastercard/Visa gift cards cannot be refunded and therefore are transferable only. The remaining payment is required to be given to me IN CASH immediately on arrival after entering, you may then be asked to shower (with soap) after that is when our time together officially begins. ANY arguments/refusal to provide payment upfront and/or to take a shower using soap and you will instead need to leave/I will leave and you can consider our time to be over. I reserve the right to cancel your booking at anytime before or during the service, without giving or explaining to you my reason or refund. Condoms are required to be used during any/all sexual acts, including oral. This is a NON-NEGOTIABLE and no arguments will be tolerated about this. Removing it without my consent (aka stealthing) is sexual assault, I will end our time immediately without warning, and without refund and you may be reported to police should you make any attempt to do this. ONLINE Online services once paid for and sent out can NOT be refunded. During Private video sessions any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate, attempts to cause harm or purposefully upset, abuse or degrade me, etc. will see the service terminated immediately without refund for any remaining time, goods, or service.
