If the out call is more than 20 minutes away, I will need $100 deposit. Now I understand there are scammers, but I am not one of them and just for peace of mind once I’ve been driving for about 15 minutes I can screenshot the GPS and send it to you so you can even see that I’m on my way and then send the deposit. I am compassionate and I understand hesitation, but I will work with you and I’m very serious about my business. I used to not ask for a deposit but as of lately too many people will ask for out calls and once I get there, they are a no-show.! And it’s really upsetting to drive all that way for nothing so this is why a deposit is now required if I’m driving more than 20 minutes.
Cancellations
Please at least give an hour notice. I’m tired of people flaking and once I text them and let them know not the book with me again because they flaked on me., then all of a sudden want to text back with some kind of story about how something came up. If something comes up, it’s not hard to send a text message.. don’t wait until 30 minutes past the time you’re supposed to be here to tell me something happened because if I book you and other people hit me up, I have to turn them down and then if you don’t show up, I lose money, which is not OK! It’s really not hard to send a quick text message telling me you can’t make it!
