Policies
Deposits
Screening : I screen new clients with photo ID. Only your name, picture, and birthday need to be visible. Any other information can be covered up. Deposit : A 20% deposit is required for long distance outcall and unconfirmed tour bookings only. Distance outcall refers to any outcall over 25miles away from Richmond, Virginia or my current tour city. Travel fee : A travel fee of $100 per driving hour (one way) will be required in addition to a deposit for distance outcall 1hr+ away from Richmond, Virginia, or my current tour city.
Cancellations
Your deposit will be fully refunded to you if I cancel the upcoming appointment. If you choose to reschedule after I cancel, I will deduct 10% of the rate for our time together. Your deposit will be fully refunded to you if you cancel the appointment more than two days (48 hours) in advance. Your deposit will be 50% refunded to you if you cancel the appointment less than two days but more than one day (47 hours to 25 hours) in advance. Your deposit will not be refunded for same day (less than 24 hours) cancellation. Travel fees are only refundable if I am the one who cancels the appointment.
