Deposits
I charge a non-refundable deposit for: 1. all overnight appointments. ($200) 2. for appointments that are reserved for 90 minutes or longer. ($75-200) 3. all out of town appointments, including anywhere outside of immediate Knoxville area. ($75) Deposit is one-time non-negotiable and non-refundable payment collected at time of booking, and will be deducted from the total price of your session upon receipt. I accept Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal. I do not charge a deposit for local outcall half hour or hour sessions.
Cancellations
Unfortunately I’m not able to offer refunds on deposit for cancellations, unless it’s my fault, then I will fully refund you (and 10% off your next appointment). Fault is determined at my discretion but I will be as fair and kind as possible when making that call. Last minute cancellations and NCNS will result in being banned from booking and potentially having your number flagged. Please let me know in advanced if you are not going to make your appointment, are running late, or need to reschedule.
