Policies
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and required to reserve a session. Verification is required as part of setting up our date. This can be a photo of yourself holding up your government ID, a photo of yourself with your handwritten public social media handle, or an email to me copying an independent provider you’ve seen recently who has agreed to be a reference for you. A 30% deposit is required in advance, plus any outcall fees that apply. The remainder of the amount is to be in cash when we meet.
Cancellations
Due to the nature of their work, any funds released to the care worker are nonrefundable upon cancellation. Please be deliberate with your booking—if you’d like to reschedule, let them know as soon as possible and they can try to find a solution with you. Deposits will not be returned but can be applied to a future date if you let them know more than 48 hours in advance. This cancellation window may be longer for dates that require more preparation or travel.
