I have many years of experience and expertise as an advanced bodyworker and healer, a certified yoga teacher and practitioner, a meditation guide, as well as in creative movement and dance. I am also experienced as a somatic counselor and holistic life coach. I bring all of these skills and tools to every session, facilitating deep relaxation and full-body presence and helping you to release physical tension and awaken all your senses.
